Our vision is to continuously appraise our HSEQ performances with the objective of continuous sustainable improvement. We believe that our employees are our key assets, and we implement all preventive measures to mitigate risk of our employees being involved in any accident / incident while at work.

We are committed to and continually pursue the goals of Achieving zero harm to our people, assets and the environment; Mitigation of foreseeable hazards through active risk management; Ensuring that HSEQ is integral throughout the planning, design, operation, maintenance and disposal of our assets and services; Provision of adequate information, instruction and training that is relevant to each worker’s duties and responsibilities; Ensuring that sub-contractors manage HSEQ in accordance with this policy; Continual improvement of HSEQ by setting clear objectives, performance monitoring and encouragement of constructive feedback to enhance overall performance; Promotion of a culture in which all have the belief and commitment to the achievement of our goals.

Our Principles

We Strive for Zero harm: We believe that all incidents are preventable.

No repeats – All necessary steps are taken to learn from incidents, audit findings and improvement notices in order to prevent reoccurrence.

We shall apply the mitigation hierarchy of controls for all hazardous impacts arising from our activities and services.

Simple Non-Negotiable standards: Safety, health and environmental non-negotiable standards and rules are consistently applied throughout the company.

RCC Policy

RCC is committed to protecting the health and safety of all people involved with our activities and thus achieving a safe and incident-free workplace, with high standards of environmental responsibility including protection of the environment, pollution prevention, sustainable resource use and climate change mitigation.

We shall provide a high-quality service to meet the expectations of our customers and interested parties by delivering outstanding performance and utilizing competent personnel.

RCC activities are conducted in accordance with accredited management systems; ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and all relevant legislation and applicable requirements in the regions where we operate.

RCC expects an absolute commitment from everyone involved in our work activities to take responsibility and be accountable for ensuring compliance with this policy, our HSEQ management systems and relevant legislation.

The ultimate responsibility lies with the Managing Director who is the Chairman of the Board of HSEQ Committee. This committee will ensure that the organization is guided and resourced to enable implementation and continual improvement of the HSEQ management systems.

At all times, we are guided by global best practices in all our activities.

  • 80% annual compliance of training plan.
  • 100% annual compliance of HSE management review meeting.
  • 90% annual compliance of emergency mock drills.
  • 90% annual compliance of HSE inspection and audits.
  • Closure of all internal/external audit and incident investigation recommendations within the stipulated time frame.
  • 90% average Hazard identification card to be reported by each department from their total staff.
